Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products. 

Refunds

If your item was damaged in shipping you may be presented with the option for a refund if the item you requested is no longer in stock. Refunds are given case-by-case and only as a last resort. All sales are considered final. 

If we decide to allow a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
